Our Parkview Physicians Group (PPG) provider liaisons create positive referral relationships between referring providers, with the goal of facilitating and enhancing communication so we can make the experience for both patient and provider as seamless as possible. Provider liaisons connect specialists to primary care providers, delivering the highest level of service for our patients.

Highlighting specialty clinics and services offered by Parkview Health

Parkview offers a number of specialty clinics and services for our patients. If you have questions about our services and clinics, please contact your provider liaison. Below is a list of featured clinics, services and specialties.

Access your patients’ records via EpicCare Link

Did you know you can get free, read-only access to patient records so that you can stay up to date on your patient’s journey at Parkview?

EpicCare Link is a web-based tool that connects community practices to Epic, Parkview Health’s electronic medical record, allowing them to stay informed of medical events for patients with whom they have a relationship. EpicCare Link allows providers and their staff to have real-time access to information and functions for those patients that we care for together.

Among other capabilities, EpicCare Link provides:

Access to the chart of patients being cared for by your practice.
Messaging capabilities to Parkview Health providers (In Basket).
Lab results.
Admitted patient list.
Notifications when your patients are seen at Parkview.

Instructions for accessing EpicCare Link

Requesting practice designates a site administrator (and a back-up site administrator) who will be responsible for communication, requesting access for new users and site verification every 90 days to keep the users list up to date.
The site administrator will request access for themselves via Alliance Partner Request.
The email address for the site administrator and user(s) cannot be the same or the request will be denied.
Parkview will review the request and notify the practice with approval including a welcome email and instructions to follow to activate their account.
The site administrator will activate their account and will request access for other users via Alliance Partner Request.
All users will have access to training materials posted on EpicCare Link home page, under the Quick Link section.

After all the required information and Alliance Partner Agreements are submitted, Parkview will review your request. This process can take up to 14 days. Once approved, the site administrator will receive an approval email that should be forwarded to the respective user(s). This email includes instructions for the user(s) to activate their account.
