PRN nursing jobs
At Parkview, PRN (pro re nata, or "as needed") nursing jobs provide a flexible work option for nurses who wish to choose their own schedule based on departmental needs rather than a fixed schedule. These roles are ideal for co-workers who need flexibility in their work hours while still supporting essential functions within their assigned departments. PRN nursing positions are available across many departments throughout the health system, allowing us to deliver consistent, high-quality care with the help of experienced co-workers.
Our PRN nursing positions are best for co-workers who can work independently and may require two years of prior experience, depending on the role. Generally, PRN co-workers commit to a minimum of eight hours per week, although they can work more if desired. While PRN nursing jobs are not benefit-eligible, co-workers may choose to participate in Parkview’s Voluntary Time Off program, as well as the opportunity to contribute to our 403(b) retirement program.
