The Parkview Southwest campus is comprised of four buildings including the Parkview Outpatient Center, Parkview Women’s & Children’s Center, Parkview Physician Group Office and Parkview Southwest Surgery Center. Here you’ll find all the outpatient services you expect including imaging, a full lab, and specialty medical offices for podiatry, cardiology, general surgery, urology, neurology, rheumatology and more.

Emergency and urgent care

Parkview Southwest Outpatient Center's innovative new care model offers emergency and urgent care in one convenient location. We understand that deciding whether you or a loved one needs urgent or emergency care can be difficult and stressful. By offering these services in one location, we can take away the guess work you may face when making the decision of what level of care you need. That means, when you’re sick or injured, simply come to Parkview Southwest and you’ll receive the level of care you need from our expert team.

At the Parkview Southwest Outpatient Center emergency department, you never need an appointment. Our ED is open 24/7 and Urgent Care hours are 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Direct Access Testing

Parkview Health Laboratories offers Direct Access Testing (DAT) for select lab tests including basic and comprehensive metabolic profiles, thyroid profiles, pregnancy tests and more. For these tests, DAT eliminates the need for a physician's order. This convenient service provides an out-of-pocket option for those without health insurance, or who don't want to file a claim through their health insurance.

3D Mammography

Parkview Southwest Outpatient Center is proud to offer state-of-the-art 3D mammography services here in our community.

Mammography is a simple, quick, non-invasive screening test used in the prevention and early detection of breast cancer. The procedure uses low-dose digital imaging to safely create images of the breast tissue. Radiologists read the images to determine whether cancer is present.

Benefits of 3D mammography:

Can detect breast cancer an average of 15 months earlier than standard 2D mammography
Reduces the number of unnecessary call-backs by up to 40%
Multiple images allow radiologist to see fine details of breast tissue, regardless of woman’s age or breast density
Takes only a few extra seconds vs. standard mammography
