Her Heart Support Network
The Her Heart Support Network is facilitated by trained heart health experts. Our group offers peer support and education to women of all ages who have survived a heart-related event or been diagnosed with heart disease. Learn from one another, build lasting friendships and gain resources from trained heart health advocates.
The group is here to:
- Encourage you.
- Help you discover new strengths.
- Connect you with other women who understand your experiences.
- Share health information.
- Connect you with community resources.
The Her Heart Support Network meets on the second Thursday of each month from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Entrance 10, fifth floor, Conference room 3, at the Parkview Heart Institute. Zoom meetings are available for all sessions except for July and December. To receive more information about the Her Heart Support Network, call 260-266-2444.
