Her Heart Support Network Meetings – via Zoom at PKH!

No need to travel to Fort Wayne when you can join the Her Heart support group meetings virtually from Parkview Kosciusko Hospital (PKH) in Warsaw! Join Parkview Heart Institute (PHI) via Zoom at PKH for this virtual support group, facilitated by PHI staff members who are committed to helping you thrive in life with heart disease.

This monthly group encourages connection and growth and has monthly topics for discussion. For the month of February, we’ll discuss ‘Be Your Own Valentine.’ You will learn about being your own healthcare advocate, play some games, learn about your heart and enjoy the company of our heart sisters with yummy treats too!

This time together allows us to learn from heart experts and one another, in a safe and encouraging environment. When you join a Parkview Heart Institute support group, you can expect to:

  • Be encouraged.
  • Discover strengths you never knew you had.
  • Connect with other people who understand your experiences.
  • Share health information.
  • Learn about valuable community resources.

Come to our Dementia Dialogue support group and meet others who are seeking more information, need support or want to positively impact the life of someone living with dementia.
