Ray Dusman, MD, joined Parkview Health in 2010 as a member of Fort Wayne Cardiology, where he served as a cardiologist. He became chief physician executive in 2013 and was instrumental in helping to build Parkview Physicians Group and substantially growing its physicians and advance practice providers. In his current role, he provides executive oversight for all healthcare delivery. This includes administrative and physician leadership within hospitals, service lines and institutes, as well as safety and quality, physician enterprise and graduate medical education.
Dr. Dusman currently serves as vice-chairman of the Parkview Health Board of Directors and previously served on the boards of Erin’s House for Grieving Children, Fort Wayne Philharmonic, YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne and University of Saint Francis.
Dr. Dusman has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Ind. He earned a medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Newark, New Jersey, and is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology.
