Executive Chair of US Agriculture. He is accountable for overseeing the day to day operations of the Halderman Companies, US Agriculture and developing the strategic direction of the firms. The Halderman Companies oversee farmland assets for over 1,100 clients in 19 states (totaling 240,000 acres). They also buy and sell, via private treaty and at auction, more than $120 million of farmland in the Midwest and perform over 700 appraisals of farmland annually. US Agriculture has over $300 MM in agricultural assets and commitments under management for four institutional clients.
Halderman also is the Chairman of the Honeywell Foundation Board, Director for First Merchants Corporation, Chairman of the Parkview Wabash Hospital Board and member of the Parkview Health Board.
Halderman received his B.S in Agricultural Economics with high distinction from Purdue University in 1988 and the designation as an Accredited Farm Manager from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in 1996. He holds real estate broker’s licenses in IN, IL, MI, OH, GA and KY.
