Previously, Gary served as the Executive Director of the Noble County Economic Development Corporation and had served on their Board of Directors for several years before taking the leadership role. Gary is also a current trustee with one of the region's newest foundations, the Don Wood Foundation.
Gary has vast experience in northeast Indiana’s workforce and leadership development systems through his roles in multiple organizations, including serving as executive vice president of strategic initiatives for Northeast Indiana Works, supporting regional career and technical education programming as a program facilitator and providing leadership for the Northeast Indiana Adult Education Consortium.
