Senior Vice President, Nursing Professional Development
Erin LaCross joined Parkview Health in 2003 and currently serves as senior vice president for nursing professional development. Erin has held numerous leadership roles in her 18 years at Parkview Health. In her current role, she leads professional development programs and initiatives for Parkview nurses.
Erin is a member of the American Association of Nursing Professional Development; the American College of Healthcare Executives; the American Nurses Association; the American Organization for Nursing Leadership; the Association for Leadership Science in Nursing; the Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership; and the Northeast Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (President-Elect). She was inducted into the Xi Nu Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in 2009. Erin serves on the board of directors for the American Red Cross of Northeast Indiana and Saint Anne Communities.
Erin obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Indianapolis; her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Saint Francis; and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Trine University.
