Our treatment model allows athletes a safe return back to sport and activities after a head injury. As with all Parkview Sports Medicine services, our coordinated care model ensures that all care providers, coaches and athletic trainers work as a team to plan and implement individualized treatment strategies with athletes’ best interests in mind.

Parkview Sports Medicine’s Concussion Clinic is staffed by a non-operative sports medicine physicians and clinically trained athletic trainers. This computerized testing includes memory measurements, attention span, visual and verbal problem solving. The data is then used to evaluate the athlete’s condition and recovery to help ensure a safe return to sport.
