Protection of Human Research Subjects ? Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI)
Recent affiliation with the nationally recognized Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) program allows the Parkview Health Institutional Review Board (IRB) to offer the CITI Course titled “The Protection of Human Research Subjects” to individuals who participate in research activities at Parkview Health.
Within the CITI program, the IRB has established the following learner groups with role-related training requirements:

Biomedical Researcher

Social and Behavioral Researcher

IRB Member and Staff

Data Only Researcher

Other Research Team Members
All researchers who conduct human-subject research within the Parkview Health system, in either biomedical or social and behavioral research, must complete the specified education CITI modules available online at https://www.citiprogram.org.
