Are you trying to pour into others with an “empty cup?” Join Myqueisha Bratton, MS, community partner initiative coordinator, Parkview Health, as she helps you fill your cup and establish an intentional way to begin your week. This class aims to increase your mental, physical and spiritual well-being, cultivating a relaxed mindset for a productive week ahead. These sessions will include:
- Short guided mindfulness and self-compassion activities
- Gratitude prompts
- Movement/Stretching
- Prayer (optional)
