  • Show up for yourself
  • Establish group trust
  • Choose your instrument
  • Participate in creating sounds
  • Be Aware of the drummers around you
  • Observe their behavior and expression
  • Check in with each other
  • Accept help from others
  • Alter your place to help others find theirs
  • Carry the experience beyond the circle
