As we learn to balance personal needs and professional and domestic responsibilities, it’s important to talk about and adjust expectations. We’re all doing our best, and that will look different from day to day. Mindfulness is a thoughtful pause to abandon judgment and comparison and tap into flexibility. Prioritize what’s important and learn to roll with what may come.
