A time-saving MyChart feature you may not know about

Parkview MyChart provides an easy, convenient way for you to maximize time spent with your care team and get more time back in your day with eCheck-In.

Designed to enhance the patient experience, eCheck-In allows you to start the process from home to save time at the clinic.

By checking in online with MyChart eCheck-In, you can more quickly complete this process by stopping at the front desk or self-service kiosk. During eCheck-In you can:

  • Pay visit copays
  • Verify your medical and insurance information
  • Respond to questionnaires, and
  • Electronically sign documents.

This feature is available up to five days prior to your scheduled appointment.

Look for eCheck-In reminders for your next appointment or this option will appear under Visits for appointments taking place in the next five days.
 

Contact-less and confidential check-in for hospital outpatient services

Laboratory, X-ray and Radiology patients now have access to self-service check-in kiosks at Parkview. The kiosks provide a convenient, contact-less and confidential way for you to carry out the check-in process and notify staff when you arrive.

When you arrive, simply find the kiosk, use the tablet to answer questions and complete your registration. A MyChart account is not required to use the kiosks.

Parkview plans to expand check-in kiosks to additional hospital outpatient services yet this year.
