The Parkview Seniors Club includes more than 2,500 members who reside in northeast Indiana. The club recognizes that older adults face new challenges when meeting their healthcare needs. In order for individuals to continue to experience a good quality of life as they age, they must be able to take advantage of opportunities to maintain their health and enjoy an active, enriched lifestyle.

Educational Opportunities
The Parkview Seniors Club offers a variety of programs tailored to the needs of adults 50 and older. Physicians, healthcare professionals and other community experts provide members with the latest medical, nutrition, exercise and prescription information, as well as self-help programs.
The free programs focus on education and prevention, and there is always time for questions. Offered frequently throughout the year, these events provide information and opportunities to learn skills and techniques to enhance your mind, body and spirit.

Wellness Opportunities
Classes
A Parkview Seniors Club membership entitles you to free or low-cost group exercise classes, such as Tai Chi for seniors, Senior Stay Strong, and Arthritis & Balance classes.
These classes and many more are offered at various Parkview and community locations, more information on these classes will be listed in your Seniors Club newsletter you will receive upon joining.
Community Discounts
Members receive discounts at many local businesses throughout northeast Indiana on items or services including entertainment, dining, personal care services and more. The list of participating companies is provided to new members in the welcome packet.

Celebrations
Members are invited to enjoy quarterly birthday parties. Members in attendance who have birthdays during that quarter are recognized and presented with a birthday gift from the club.
An annual holiday luncheon is held in December. This festive and fun party boasts a lunch, entertainment and many generous door prizes from community partners and businesses.
State Health Insurance Information Program (SHIP)
Specially trained counselors answer questions about Medicare Part D, Medicare supplemental insurance, Medicaid and long-term insurance. This service is free and unbiased. For an appointment, or for more information, call 260-373-7952.
Becoming a Member
We hope you’ll join us! Please be aware:
- You must be age 50 or older (your spouse may join even if younger than 50)
- Membership runs from date joined to December 31 of that calendar year; Each member will receive renewal information at years' end
- You must present your membership card when taking advantage of club benefits
Membership cards
A Parkview Seniors Club membership card will be sent to new members after this application has been processed. This card must be presented at participating businesses when redeeming community discounts and is also used for entry into Seniors Club events.
