FORT WAYNE, IND. – Aug. 22, 2024 – Parkview Health has been recertified as a Most Loved Workplace®, backed by the research and analysis of Best Practice Institute (BPI). According to BPI, Most Loved Workplace validation provides the most comprehensive look at workplace sentiment for organizations today.
Parkview has been certified as a Most Loved Workplace because of its commitment to a positive workplace culture. Beyond providing high-quality jobs serving the health needs of the community, Parkview is focused on investing in co-workers’ professional development, physical and emotional wellness, and work-life balance to create a well-supported workforce dedicated to providing excellent care for every person, every day.

Most Loved Workplace certifies companies where employees are the happiest and most satisfied at work. Parkview became certified as a Most Loved Workplace based on its scores on the Love of Workplace Index™, which surveyed employees on various elements around employee satisfaction and sentiment, including the level of respect, collaboration, support and sense of belonging they feel inside the company.
This year, Parkview was also recognized as a top performer among Most Loved companies for its commitment in five additional categories: Diversity, career advancement, parents and caregivers, volunteering and young professionals.
Parkview regularly solicits feedback from its co-workers about their job satisfaction, loyalty and engagement. In 2023, Parkview launched its first company-wide culture survey to continue gathering insight and better support co-workers with the tools needed to succeed in their daily activities, growth and development.
Parkview implemented a quarterly lifestyle benefit program in 2023 to reimburse co-workers for purchases of their choosing and introduced a 100% match for co-workers who use their stipend on childcare expenses; launched a volunteer time off program; offered flexible work options for select departments; launched a co-worker hotline as a one-stop call to access resources; and provided numerous opportunities to receive free admission to community events or win tickets to events such as Fort Wayne TinCaps games.
