I personally am not big on video appts. If I were I would give it a 10. I just find them to be a bit impersonal. Of course on my end I don't have a place for privacy for the video appts. With the distance and unknown weather it was definitely convenient for me. This was my first appointment with Ana. She seems very nice and understanding. Her nurse [REDACTED NAME] is very nice and helpful.
The online video visit went very well, not as difficult as I thought it would be.
