The provider was so nice and helpful at meeting. When performing the procedure and after that feeling changed a bit. My daughter was in a lot of discomfort with the procedure of the wart removal, and this seemed to annoy the provider. The comment about "this is why we typically don't do these procedure here," made me feel like she didn't want to be doing it and would prefer if we have done it with OTC remedies-which now I will do. She left without even a bye or happy new year. I left feeling shame in even being there.

I called the morning of and the clinic was able to see my daughter the same day. The employees that helped me schedule the visit and check in were warm and inviting. Dr. Hedman and the nurses that worked with my daughter and I during our impromptu visit were so kind and patient with us. Dr. Hedman explained the options regarding my child's care and did not make me feel pressured. They were calm and patient with my timid daughter, and made her feel at ease and as comfortable as she could be during an uncomfortable procedure. They listened to my concerns fully and I felt very heard. The whole visit was professional without a cold, unwelcome feeling. Having never had a visit with Dr. Hedman, I didn't know what to expect; I was pleased to have such a kind and supportive doctor during a stressful visit. From check in to check out, the staff were wonderful and made us feel incredibly comfortable.
