Everyone was great from reception, xray, nurses and doctor. Very efficiently run office that gives personalised care.
It was much better than I expected . Instant relief with the cortisone injection . Dr Ummel very pleasant and professional . I hope Parkview will be able to retain him here for many years . So nice to have an ortho here locally . His nurse was very nice too . They just seemed to rush me in and out so I guess they are very busy .
I feel very fortunate to have this type of quality care so close to home. And I think that's a godsend that Dr. Umel and his staff and Parkview in general are so close to Wabash to where we can benefit from it, especially as we get older and have issues to deal with. Thank you.

The medical assistant, not the nurse, who reviewed my medication with me, was rude. The nurse was very kind. The doctor did not specifically go over the xrays with me.
