From the time we entered the door the staff were friendly, kind, helpful and courteous to both my wife and I. And then when the person that took us back to the room where we had our meeting with NP Desiree, she was also kind and helpful. And we have met with Desiree probably 3 other times and as always she always listens to our questions and gives us her expert advice and always is helpful with her advice. We have always been treated with the highest quality of respect and it's always a pleasant visit, we never have left with any reservations about coming back. Desirae Hiem was very professional, kind and caring. She listened to what I had to say about the cpap and is wanting to change a few things that she feels would better me. I loved the video visit! It was great having it from the comforts of my own home. I like everything about this video call.
