I was very pleased with the doctor yesterday. He explained all the numbers of, you know, my oxygen, and reports of when I was sleeping, and how my machine was working, which was very well. He explained a lot of things that I have not heard before. And I just started with this doctor about two years ago, two to three years ago. And I had seen him at the initial office, you know, and then when I got my machine checked out and stuff, other people were there. But this doctor, he was excellent. He was excellent, Dr. Ram
Dr. Verma and his staff were very helpful in sorting out an issue with a DME provider and I appreciate that. In addition, his staff was responsive to my questions and listened to my concerns. Dr. Verma also made some adjustments to my CPAP settings which should improve my CPAP results. Thank you.
