I was very impressed with Stacie Stauffer. She had familiarized herself with my previous medical treatments and explained everything she suggested for treatment going forward. Her nurse was also very friendly and put me at ease immediately.
Stacie rocked! She's a good example of how nurses are on the forefront of patient care and advocacy: she's pleasant, smart, and a good listener.// The video visit was grwat, but please have protocols in place to let parties finish up by phone if the video call drops. That didn't happen here, but it's nice as a fallback.
Keep up the good work. Parkview is awesome.
