Heather has been a pleasure to work with. Her experience and expertise is above what I expected. I appreciate her taking time to explain things prior to my surgery and showing on the artificial knee just what they would be doing during the surgery. She didn't sugar coat anything and I appreciate that. She listened to my questions and answered honestly and without hesitation. Everyone in the office from the receptionist, nurses and techs were all wonderful. I appreciate all of the staff.
