I was not familiar with PRMC but from the time I walked in the door I found everyone to be very helpful and courteous. I was very impressed with Dr Menzies and her nursing staff. She took time to review my history and to explain everything very thoroughly to me. I felt confident in her treatment and procedure I had done. I was very impressed with how organized the whole office was run. I was contacted very quickly after leaving the office for my follow up appointment. It was a very positive experience.
They were very attentive and asked questions, explained things and listened very well to my questions.
