It’s a fact that kids who know how to cook enjoy eating wholesome foods! Kids in the Kitchen is a hands-on cooking and nutrition class for children to receive practical nutrition education on the MyPlate diagram, kitchen safety and reading recipes. Attendees will have an opportunity to follow a recipe and create their own masterpieces. Join Katie Fulk, MA, RDN, LD, youth and family well-being registered dietitian, Parkview Health, for an engaging and delicious cooking experience!
Note: This class is for children ages 3+, and one adult must attend with each child. Registration is limited. Registration closes on Tuesday prior to class at noon.
