Come to our Dementia Dialogue support group and meet others who are seeking more information, need support or want to positively impact the life of someone living with dementia. Join Parkview Heart Institute (PHI) via Zoom for this virtual support group facilitated by experts from PHI who are committed to helping you thrive in a life with heart disease. This monthly group encourages connection and growth and has monthly topics for discussion.
