The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends breastfeeding your baby for the first 12 months of life. Having a plan is key to breastfeeding success. Studies show that breastfeeding offers a number of health benefits for both you and your baby. This one-time class is taught by a certified lactation consultant, and partners are encouraged to attend.
