A Better Tomorrow: Postpartum Mood & Anxiety via Microsoft Teams

Professional support is available to new moms and their significant others who are experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety during pregnancy or general depression. Sarah Wolfe, BSN, RN, IBCLC, FCN, CPST, Parkview Kosciusko Hospital, and Alainna Martin, BSN, RN, Parkview Kosciusko Hospital, are trained by Postpartum Support International to help you get back to feeling like yourself again. Postpartum depression can last up to a year after the arrival or loss of your baby. Please know you are not alone, and you are not to blame. A Microsoft Teams link will be sent to your email once you have registered.

Breastfeeding Support Group (Tuesdays)

Breastfeeding is a journey that is different for everyone. Whether you're a first-time mom or a mom to five, sometimes the journey can be overwhelming. Parkview's lactation consultants help pumping or breastfeeding mothers reach their breastfeeding goals with free support. This group allows for a drop-in style of scheduling – no need to make an appointment, just come during our available times. Stay for a short assessment or the whole hour and make some friends; the choice is yours!

The group meets every Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. in conference room C (entrance 2A).
