Compensation and benefits

Discover a great compensation package, including sign-on bonuses of as much as $15,000 for positions that are .6 FTE and above, based on candidate experience. Relocation assistance may be available based on geographic distance and position eligibility.

Career Path Opportunities

Several career paths exist for professional development of imaging team members who wish to expand their skills, knowledge, and career progression.

Imaging care advancement pathway is a program that rewards and recognizes those imaging professionals who reflect higher-level clinical competencies and engagement. The program includes three levels of competency. Upon employment, a new imaging team member will typically be employed at level 1 or 2, based on their certification status. An application process is required for imaging team members ready to pursue level 3 or level 4 status.

At Parkview, you may complete on-the-job training for several advanced modalities. Parkview also offers a career ladder that provides up an additional $4.50/hour pay for team members who successfully complete all three tier level requirements.

Workplace Flexibility

At Parkview, imaging team members use the latest medical imaging technologies to perform diagnostic testing and monitor medical conditions, including the following that have recently been installed:

Spect/CT for nuclear medicine
Focused ultrasound procedures in MRI
TCDs for ultrasound
Fully digital in X-ray and cardiac imaging in CT and MRI areas

Eight community hospitals and a free-standing emergency department
