In fact, stress around food can do a lot more harm than a few sugar cookies will. Your daily habits and how you fuel your body on a regular basis are what matter most. Treat holiday meals like any other: Include a variety of foods that nourish both your body and your spirit, and, most importantly, don’t forget to savor the traditions and people that make the season so special!"
