Parkview Hospital Randallia has been serving area residents since 1953. In 2016, Parkview renewed its commitment to the community by announcing a multi-year, $55 million renovation project. In the final installment of this series, Linda Francies, VP, Nursing, Parkview Hospital Randallia, unveils updates to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
The improved, state-of-the-art ICU has 12 new beds with advanced technology and critical care designs, updated with input from skilled caregivers. Each private room is designed to encourage healing and provide adequate room for loved ones and staff. The beds have smart safety features to alert nursing staff of any issues and prevent patient falls. Rooms also feature electronic video connections so staff can connect with physicians at other facilities for advanced care.
At Parkview, we’re dedicated to providing the highest quality of healthcare services. These continued investments are an important part of delivering better care to our community.
