Heather Tangredi, registered medical assistant, Parkview Cancer Institute, has been volunteering and serving in the medical industry since she was young. As a medical assistant, she does a range of tasks, from checking vital signs and updating health records, to making phone calls and getting patients ready to see their provider.
“The best part of my role is helping people,” Heather said. “I love making people feel better and putting a smile on their face.” As for Parkview, she is grateful for the feeling of togetherness and a shared compassion. “Everyone is wonderful and people go out of their way to be kind and do all they can for patients.”
