Moving healthcare forward for you is important here at Parkview. And part of this mission is continually improving and adding ways to make the healthcare journey a little easier. In this month's MyChart Monday, we take a look some new features you may not have seen or know about. Take a look at how MyChart is moving forward for you!
Improved test results view
See your test results in a new layout making it easier to compare current and past trends.
Message drafts
Not quite ready to hit send on a message to your care team? MyChart now automatically saves your drafts in the Message Center so you can return to it later.
Update Communications Preferences from MyChart mobile app
Previously, updating your communication preferences was not possible from the MyChart mobile app. Prefer an email over regular mail? Text instead of phone? Take a moment and update your communication preferences directly from the MyChart mobile app! From the menu, search Communication preferences.
Create and share health goals with your care team
Want to be sure you can dance at your granddaughter’s wedding next summer? Or maybe you want to lower your cholesterol by 20 points? MyChart now offers the option of sharing health goals with your care team to help reach what’s important to you. From the menu, search Health goals.
View and print receipts
MyChart makes it possible to access payments made at your provider’s office or through eCheck-In. Search Billing, select View balance details, select the Payments tab and you’ll now find View receipt for each payment.
