Nutrition & Recipes

Nuts! What’s not to love? They’re crunchy, yet creamy, flavorful and incredibly nutritious. While we have to be mindful of portions – it’s so easy to get carried away – a modest amount of these little powerhouses can deliver heart-healthy fat, which can help lower bad cholesterol, antioxidants and fiber. Though we often think of almonds, cashews and walnuts as the perfect snack, perhaps in bag of trail mix, they can be the shining star in a main dish as well. We scoured Pinterest for some examples to help you go nuts in the kitchen this winter!
