Dr Atkins was fantastic !
Dr Atkins is one of the best physicians I've ever had. I'm thanking God for him!
The staff was kind and informative. Dr Atkins was great. He took the time to listen carefully, answered all my questions.
Just fyi.....the sheet I was given when I left wasn't updated with the current medication info I gave the nurse.
Dr.Atkins came highly recommended and was remaining cautiously optimistic. I've been dealing with a lot of pain due to a herniated disc and dealing with multiple visits, procedures, medications etc. Dr took the time to thoroughly review my records and imaging beforehand. That in itself was extremely meaningful as it gave me confidence in his care and just made me feel valued He was extremely engaged from beginning to end. He took the time to go over my images in detail so that I may understand exactly my situation and explained everything perfectly. He answered ALL of our questions with clarity and certainty. This type of interaction and engagement is very important to me. He's thoughtful and intentional and all around a kind person. Clinic that day was running very behind but his rooming staff kindly apologized for the delay, which Dr did as well after walking into the exam room and introducing himself. Even at the end of the visit his discharged nurse did the same and walked us all the way out. Those little gestures go a long way. You may wait a while to see him, but he will take all the time he needs to provide great service and care. Which gave me even more ease to know, if he took the time he did with me, he is doing the same to others. I'll gladly wait as long as needed if the outcome was what I had. He was the third specialist that I saw throughout my entire ordeal but third times a charm for sure. Thank you Dr. Atkins for your care and attention. It was truly invaluable!
