Staff were very thorough and put us at ease immediately. They took in a great deal of information in a relatively short amount of time. They addressed my teen for info whenever possible, strengthening her burgeoning autonomy. They helped her maintain her level of modesty. Dr. Ghazali was everything a parent could hope for in a clinician: knowledgeable, kind, thorough, encouraging, clear, and empathetic. He maintains superior bedside manner. Dr. Ghazali made sure both of us understood everything he needed us to know, and described my teen's condition in a manner that strengthened her own sense of agency. Before we ever met Dr. Ghazali we heard him warmly greeting staff and announcing the presence of treats. "[REDACTED NAME], there's chocolate." <3 We also heard his laughter from another area before speaking to him ourselves. Our daughter has an unfamiliar name, and when I came back from the restroom I added her diacritics and phonetic spelling to the whiteboard on the door. Dr. Ghazali pronounced her Irish name correctly from the get-go, which is always a welcome experience. We feel, she feels, empowered to treat her condition, in no small part because it was described in such an easygoing, manageable way. A mama couldn't hope for better.

Dr Ghazali has outstanding bedside manner in dealing with children. He explained what my son is dealing with in great detail and how we were going to treat it moving forward. Very happy with the care provided by Dr Ghazali!

Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistant to the provider provided exceptional care. Everyone was friendly and kind and we could tell that they truly cared.

The nurses were great with [REDACTED NAME] crying and did their best to calm her down. Dr Ghazali was awesome as usual! ??
