Dr Helfgott continually blows me away by her exceptional care, not only as a thorough and problem solving doctor, but shows kindness, care and understanding of me with my condition. I admire her ability to solve things, her attentiveness to details and sharpness of mind. I appreciate her patience when I try to recall answers, symptoms or situations to answer her questions. She allows me to relax around her and has gained my full trust in her care for me and solving how to move forward in my healing. She encourages me in my actions I take in caring for myself and is wonderfully observant that she sees improvements I don't even see till she points them out. Every time we communicate together, even if quickly regarding a compounded prescription, I am honored and experience a lighter heart. she makes me smile, helps me create a plan of action of what to do between appointments, motivates me, spurs hope, encourages, and something ALWAYS is solved. When one thing isn't working that I might try, she helps me figure out what does. I am truly grateful for who she is as a person. I admire her and would love to be able to think like she does and serve people as well as her. l also appreciate her excellence as my specialist on top of all that. God gifted me with her and she needs to be multiplied so there are more doctors like her.

Always a meaningful appointment with Dr Helfgott and her staff. Covered multiple medical test results and other health issues. Very thorough discussion of all and how to proceed until next round of blood & hormone testing. Was able to make my next 6 month appointment today. This is SO much better than needing to wait a few months for 'that month' to open up and then not understand vague Parkview text messages that don't indicate which medical office a person is supposed to schedule a future appointment at. Thanks for changing this policy! Good visit :)
