My care in the visit was great. The video feed was a problem, we could not figure why we could not hear her. My husband works in the tech field and could not figure out what happened. She was great and asked if we could to a phone call. She was able to finish help me and get me on the road to be healthy again.

This is the first time I have ever used this . Wow such nice feature. The nurse really took the time to answer any and all questions. My nurse really cares about helping me get well. We are so lucky in our area to have Parkview. THANK YOU
Our connection was not good. I could not hear her. After several attempts she took initiative to place a call to my cell. There was still interference to begin with, then it cleared. I am grateful she persevered as in the next few days my symptoms worsened, but she had prescribed the meds needed at that time for me to start working on the issue.
