Everyone was super nice and friendly from check-in to checkout. I needed supplies for labs that were brought to be and even was helped on the spot to schedule my needed procedure. Was nice not to wait to play phone tag with scheduling days after my visit.
I had an excellent appointment. Check in was easy and professional. Dr Aisien was so great--he listened very attentively to me and my concerns, I felt very heard and never felt rushed or hurried. Check out was also good, efficient and professional. This is a great office and I'm glad to have Dr Aisien as my gastroenterologist.
I appreciate they got me in quickly. I went on the waiting list and 20 minutes later they called me with an appointment the next day.
