I had a whole mental break down in front of my midwife and she listened intently about my concerns for the future. We made a plan to help calm my nerves.

Incredible provider and MA staff. However, when I sat down in the room down the hall after checking in the first room, there was a lot of arguing among staff and provider about scheduling issues. I could hear every word. Being a healthcare worker myself and also staff at Parkview, I found this very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I felt sad about this because I know Alisa is a good provider. Hearing how all of the staff spoke to each other, even in front of patients, was very unwelcoming. I felt very uncomfortable about my care. There was yelling and slamming of doors. Staff may need to be aware of their surroundings when they are speaking to each other.

The staff is polite, but not overly friendly. If it does not effect the quality of their work, it might be nice if some of them tried to start conversation or start the process of talking about my care.

Excellent care, kindness, and responsiveness. And I was seen in a timely manner. I loved my visit and access to my chart for results and info!

Alisa and her team are excellent. I always feel listened to and heard. I've never once felt rushed at her practice. Even in ver vulnerable situations, she approaches care with kindness and competence.
