Reduced hours and closures

Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.

The Huntington clinic will have clinician-only visits after 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26.
The Fort Wayne - South clinic will be closed on Wednesday, November 27.
The Columbia City clinic will open at 9 a.m. on the following dates:

The Fort Wayne – North clinic is open extended hours to provide care for acute injuries. Parkview Occupational Health defines an acute injury as occurring less than 24-hours prior to arriving to the clinic. Injuries occurring outside of this time frame will be seen during normal business hours. The clinic is located in the New Vision Professional Center on the Parkview Regional Medical Center campus.
