Henry Torres' hat trick set a new career scoring record for West Noble, as the Chargers knocked off Prairie Heights, 9-3, on Tuesday, September 21.
Torres' second goal in the first half pushed him to 118 career goals, bypassing the previous record of 117 goals set in 2016 by Uriel Alonso Macias. Torres added his third goal of the night night and an assist, bringing the school record to 119 goals and counting.
West Noble (9-3, 3-1 in the Northeast Corner Conference) remains in contention for the league's regular season crown. The Chargers won their sixth NECC Tournament championship in seven seasons on Saturday, September 18.
With four regular season games and the postseason remaining, Torres is expected to add plenty of more goals to cap of his senior season.
