Saint Francis senior defensive end James Jamicich put a bow on his college career by being named NAIA All-America by the American Football Coaches Assocation.
Jamicich's 8.5 sacks ranked 15th in the NAIA this season. In 9 games this season, he tallied 36 tackles, 11 tackles for loss and 2 force fumbles.
The Carroll High School graduate played 49 games for the Cougars from 2016 through 2019. He finished with 156 total tackles, 43 tackles for loss, 26.5 sacks. He ranks second on the USF career lists in both tackles for loss and sacks. He was a 2-time All-Mid-States Football Association Mideast League 1st team selection.
Jamicich is the 24th All-American in 22 seasons of Cougar football; and he is the 3rd USF defensive end to earn All-America honors.
