Churubusco has found a new girls basketball coach.
Dawn Kock (pronounced "Cook") was announced as the new leader of the Eagles' girls hoops squad on Monday, following approval from the Smith-Green Community Schools Board of Education.
This is the first head coaching job for Kock. She previously was a freshman girls coach at Carroll, as part of the Chargers' staff under Mark Redding (2018-present) and Lisa Miller McBride (1999-2006).
