Supplemental ERAS application

Our program participates in the supplemental ERAS application offered through the AAMC’s ERAS program. Participation in the supplemental ERAS application is optional. The additional information will help our program staff learn more about applicants’ medical education journey, including more meaningful information about work, volunteer, and research experiences, and help us better identify applicants who fit our program environment and mission.

This supplemental ERAS® application will be delivered on a survey platform outside the MyERAS application and must be completed between August 1 and September 16.

Please bookmark the supplemental ERAS application section of the AAMC website to find the latest information, FAQs, and resources.

Interviews

Interview dates will be posted in Fall 2024.

Interviews will be conducted virtually between October of the current year and January of the following year to fill our residency class. Thalamus will be utilized to schedule and conduct interviews.  If invited, you will receive an email from Thalamus to schedule your interview.

Formal interviews will be held with the Program Director, Associate Program Directors and various internal medicine faculty. The interview day will include a combination of assessments to identify applicants best suited to succeed in our program, while providing an introduction to Parkview Health’s mission, vision, values and daily operations.

Applicants will be evaluated on personal, academic, and patient-care qualities during the interview process.

We encourage each applicant to come prepared with their own questions.

NRMP Match

Following the NRMP Match, applicants matching to one of our specialty programs will begin orientation around mid-June.
