This is the first time I've had a provider that not only knew what my chronic condition that I have is, but she also actually believed me when I told her my symptoms. And as someone who has frequently been told that I'm just doing things wrong, I'm just making it up, it is very reassuring to finally have a provider listen, believe me, and care, and make a plan to try to get me help moving forward instead of just telling me to ignore everything. So I cannot speak highly enough of the disappointment that I had. Very, very grateful and appreciative.
