The appointment was originally scheduled as an in-person visit but we had an ice storm the night before. We live in a very remote area so roads are rarely treated in instances like this. I left a message for the provider, asking to convert this appointment to a virtual one. They responded so quickly, got it switched over to virtual so I did not have to venture out in such treacherous conditions and as always, Mindy Bauer was attentive and made every effort to help ease my new and on-going issues.
Melinda is a good listener. She offers valuable insight and advice. I trust the care she provides.
