Step up to live!
Every day, aim for less than two hours of screen time and at least 60 minutes of physical activity.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
Turn off the TV and get moving
Transport yourself and spend less time in the car
Play, play, play – just some good, old-fashioned, active play
Make chores, games and activities a family affair
Play a sport or join a club
Ease into it – start with low impact activities
Get aerobic for 20-30 minutes per day
Build strength – aim for 2-3 times per week
Stretch your body every day
