The path to a healthier you begins at Parkview Health & Fitness Center. Your level of fitness doesn’t matter. What matters is the fact that you are making a choice to become more active. Let our professionally-trained staff and certified instructors work with you to develop a personalized program that meets your needs. 

Programs

Parkview Health & Fitness center offers several programs for individuals at a wide range of fitness levels.

Adult fitness

Adult programs are designed for individuals who are healthy and have no known risk of heart disease. Programs are developed based on your health condition and fitness goals.

Supervised exercise

Supervised programs are designed for individuals who are at risk for heart disease or are known to have heart disease or injury. Based on a physician’s prescription, a personalized program is developed to monitor progress and provide supervision and support. Resting and exercise blood pressures and heart rates are measured before, during and after each session, and quarterly reports are sent to the physician. A certified exercise specialist will schedule your first three visits as well as provide instruction. A physician’s referral is required.

Exercise classes

Fitness classes cover a range of fitness levels to meet your needs, whether you are already fit or want to become fit. Classes include low-impact and step aerobics, pedal power, yoga, Pilates and toning. Enjoy various types of music, dance and relaxation routines. Each class is 30 to 60 minutes.

Monday - Friday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
